Our Woodgate Estates project became a major focus of our 2015 work. This home was purchased in 'as-is' condition, and we learned quickly that it had been badly neglected in the past. However, the initial rough condition made the transformation dramatic and rewarding. In the kitchen, we opened up the space by removing divider walls. We replaced all the cabinets, added granite counters, all new stainless steel appliances, and replaced all the flooring throughout the home. On the home's exterior, we added a fresh paint colour, installed a new front door painted in a deep charcoal grey, and added all new lighting, landscaping, and coordinating paver stones.
