This was a relatively new home but had many quirks including a poorly finished kitchen, some odd finishings in the master bedroom, an unfinished basement and no landscaping despite sitting on 7-acres of beautiful waterfront land. Beginning winter 2017, this home underwent extensive renovations, including a full gut and replacement of the kitchen and completely finishing the basement. In the basement we added an entertainment room, new gas fireplace, new bar, full bathroom, laundry room, and den. We also extended the home outside by adding over 1,000 sq ft of outdoor living space with a multi-level stone terrace, hot tub, lounge area, dining area, fire pit, and also replacing the deck railings to glass. This home rented all summer 2017 and was sold in the following rental season.
