In 2010, we fulfilled a dream to own property on our favourite vacation island of Sanibel, Florida. The condo was very dated at time of purchase and so we made some quick decorative changes to appeal to vacation renters.  We rented the condo from 2010 through 2015 and continued to make both design changes and decorative upgrades along the way.
